Thank you for your interest in membership with United Way of the National Capital Area. This online application contains eight sections and a signature page. Please remember to click Save as you finish with each section. You may leave a section unfinished but you must complete all required fields before you will be able to submit your application. In addition to the electronic application, each organization is required to submit two original signature pages by mail. These original signatures are required by the Combined Federal Campaigns and must be received by December 18, 2016.
